    Stewie B. Goode, Season 5 | Episode 18

At a community swimming pool Peter decides to teach Stewie how to swim. Peter attempts to throw Stewie into the pool, but Stewie hangs on for dear life. Lois thinks it might be a good idea for Stewie to take swim lessons. Peter makes his way to a local video store, only to find out it doesn’t carry pornography. Local newsman Tom Tucker overhears Peter griping about the situation. He tells Peter that his station is looking for an “everyman” to rant about petty irritants during the local news broadcast. Lois takes Stewie for his first swimming lesson. Stewie is his usual irritable self, and isn’t looking forward to the upcoming toddler swim-meet. When Stewie returns home Chris mentions that Olympic swimmers shave off all of their body hair to make it easier to glide through the water. Peter appears on the local news in a segment called You Know What Really Grinds My Gears? His first piece is devoted to the lack of a new “priest and a rabbi” joke. Brian catches Stewie in the bathroom shaving off all of his body hair. During the next swim meet Lois tosses Stewie into the pool, and instead of swimming like the other toddlers, he sinks beneath the water. Lois quickly pulls him out. Furious at being upstaged by a baby named Brad, Stewie places explosives at the base of the lifeguard tower. His intention is to blow up the tower and do Brad harm. When the explosives fail to detonate on cue, Stewie races over to the lifeguard tower to find out what’s wrong. Suddenly the explosives detonate, and the tower falls on Stewie. Stewie experiences a vision in which his soul goes to hell. When Stewie regains consciousness he pledges to behave from now on so he won’t end up in purgatory. One of Stewie’s first good deeds is to give Brian a massage. Brian is disturbed by the “new Stewie.” Peter’s popularity begins to soar thanks to his segments on the news. When Peter and Lois are unable to get a table at a fancy restaurant, Lois says the words “grinds your gears.

Bango was His Name Oh!, Season 5 | Episode 19

The family is at the Quahog Circuit Shack to buy a new VCR, but the salesperson manages to talk them into buying TiVO, which allows one to pause, replay and fast-forward live TV. The family heads back home and enjoys their new purchase. Stewie notices a man who looks exactly like him being interviewed on a San Francisco newscast. Brian pauses the newscast so that they can take a good look at the man. Brian mentions that he could even pass as Stewie’s father. Stewie immediately latches on to the idea, and decides that he would fit right in with the people of San Francisco. In order to get the plane fare for the trip out west, Stewie must raise the money himself. When he doesn’t earn enough from his lemonade stand, Stewie resorts to blackmailing Brian into giving him the money. Brian tries to tell him that Peter might actually be his real father, but Stewie is adamant that Peter is too much of an idiot to be biologically linked to him. Brian doesn’t have enough money for the plane fare either. The two end up hitching a ride on Quagmire’s new Winnebago, which he has dubbed the “Winne-Bang-O.” He plans to travel cross-country having sex with a different woman in each state. Lois and Peter are getting increasingly frustrated at Meg and Chris for constantly interrupting them while they are having sex. Lois and Peter decide that they need to find significant others for Meg and Chris, in order to get them out of the house. Lois helps Chris work on his manners and social skills, while Peter shows Meg how to attract men. After various painful lessons, Meg and Chris head to the mall to find dates, while Lois and Peter enjoy their private time together. Upset with the many stops Quagmire is making, Stewie leaves Quagmire handcuffed to a bed in a seedy motel, and he and Brian take off in the Winnebago. Hopped up on amphetamines, Stewie ends up taking the Winnebago off-road and through the desert, and crashing into a sand dune.

    Stu & Stewie's Excellent Adventure, Season 5 | Episode 20

Stewie is shocked to find out that the man he thought was his real father is actually Stu: the adult version of himself from the future. Stu explains that in the future people can time travel to any point in history: Stu just happened to be visiting the present day when Stewie saw him being interviewed on TV. Stewie asks Stu to take him back to the future with him so that he can find out how his life turned out, but Stu tells him it would be against the rules. Stu says goodbye and presses a button on his watch. Just as he begins to fade away, Stewie jumps on his shoulder and travels to the future with him. They end up in Quahog thirty years in the future. Stewie is disappointed to find out that his plan of world domination never came to fruition, and that the world pretty much looks exactly the same. Stu takes Stewie home for Sunday dinner. He tells everyone that Stewie is a child from Nicaragua who he’s been sponsoring. Stewie finds out that Brian has died, Chris is married to a domineering police officer named Vanessa, Meg had a sex change operation and now goes by Ron, and Peter and Lois are still alive and kicking. The hits just keep on coming, as Stewie finds out where Stu lives and works. Stu lives alone in a tiny, dirty apartment, and works for minimum wage at the local electronics store. Stewie thinks that it can’t get any worse until he finds out that at 35 years of age, Stu is still a virgin! Stewie tells Stu that he isn’t leaving until he fixes their pathetic life. Stewie cleans and redecorates the apartment, and reviews a number of sex manuals with Stu. Stewie then forces Stu to invite his co-worker Fran over for dinner. Stewie pushes Stu into having sex with Fran, which goes terribly and ends up costing him his job. Worse yet, Stu’s apartment burns down due to the candles that Stewie was burning. Stewie apologizes for ruining everything, but Stu tells him that it isn’t his fault, but rather his near-death experience as a child.
