Season 1 ends in Villanelle’s chic apartment in Paris, where it seemed as though Eve (Sandra Oh) and Villanelle’s simmering mutual attraction/fixation/obsession was finally about to bubble over. And it did, in a way… with Eve stabbing Villanelle in the stomach.

    Eve is attempting to rebuild her life having been shot and left for dead in Rome by Villanelle. Villanelle, believing Eve dead, is also moving on.
